C-PTSD Coach
Focused work, with high performers who suffer from deep attachment injuries, on meaningful achievements in life:
1) Finding love
2) Leading people
3) Having a family

Hi,
I'm Or Netanely, a life coach with 15 years of experience with over 200 clients, and comprehensive clinical training.
We can work together on a focused goal, build skills, and emphasize your motivations and choices, to get to a meaningful achievement in your life.
Meaningful achievements
The people I work with are usually smart and ambitious with some important practical achievements in life, such as in their career. However, attachment injuries limit their development in deeper interpersonal fields such as romantic partnership, professional leadership, and making a home. These achievements require trust, vulnerability, self confidence, and good sense. We can focus on these fields in life, map the challenges they pose, and plan how to deal with them, to keep a sense of control, while building skills and orientation in these fields.
Coaching for C-PTSD
In my experience, people with C-PTSD require long term therapy, or a series of therapeutic processes, in different modalities, in order to overcome difficulties with trust and achieve deep integrations. This could be exhausting and hard to manage. Coaching is one modality of managing this process, that is self directed and empowering, capitalizing on strengths, and healthy motivations. Coaching is not a bipas to deep therapy, and it requires a lot of strengths and insight to accomplish alongside therapy or as an intermediate stage during a therapeutic process. Hopefully, coaching will give you an important bird's-eye point of view of your challenges, that will allow you to navigate during your personal journey.
My expertise
My work requires tremendous accuracy and playfulness at the same time. To reach the limit of what we can know and control, just to facilitate something free and alive.
I have 15 years of clinical experience, training and working as a clinical psychologist in Israel, always under psychoanalytic and psychiatric supervision. This formal, traditional work has taught me how to be careful, allowed me to develop deep intuition, and took me on many healing journeys.
Throughout my career I offered coaching as an open straightforward approach that goes alongside deeper emotional explorations. This aspect of my work attracted very complex clients to work with me. I formalized what works into C-PTSD coaching, to allow very gifted people deal with deep insecurities and find their license to live.
